It's been nearly two years since purchasing our property through Tom but i do not remember there being any issues whatsoever. It was a painless transaction and the requests for early access etc were accommodated smoothly. I would be happy to deal with Tom again if went through another purchase. I should maybe add that we didn't hire Tom as a seller, he was representing the seller of the house we bought. Very friendly guy. Nice to see in a world with so many sleazy sales guys. Thanks Tom.
