I've worked as a Sales Manager for the best part of twenty years and its rare to come across a talent like Tom's. He kept in touch with us for almost twelve months before we decided to finally sell, updating us on the market and without pressure - letting us know he was there to assist if we made any decisions. We didn't consider any other agent and throughout the entire selling process we were updated, informed, and relaxed and not for one second not comfortable in the job Tom was doing. He is an asset to your organisation. True and talented sales people are hard to find, this is a talent not learned, but a gift. I am sure Tom has a bright future and we wish him well in his future. I hope Ray White understand what an asset they have on their hands.
