He was a good agent at the pre-sale, helping us get an extension (2 weeks) for the settlement date, we had issues with taxes not being ready. Disappointed after moving in, there was a pre-existing water leak and we had to pay to fix it and the excessive water bill, he told us to go to the settlement agent. In the end, the advice was to move out and take legal action, we don't have time and the lawyer might be more expensive. We cannot rate 5 stars.
