Tom was great through the whole process. From the initial appraisal some time passed before we decided to push ahead with the sale but Tom still honoured the terms we had previously discussed. He was communicative and helpful, knew the local market very well and, when the time came, did what he needed to do to land the deal. Super happy - give him a shot, you won't regret it!
