Solid and effective

Tommasina is excellent at what she does. She has been professional, proactive and positive throughout the whole experience of selling my place. I would highly recommend her for sure. The sale process was perhaps longer than expected (due to current market) however, the high standard of communication that existed at the start of the sale process was not quite the same standard as towards the end of the process unfortunately. I'm sure there was likely a number of factors impacting upon this due to the time of year etc. I would definitely engage Tommasina again for any selling or buying in the area as a start point.

Amazing sale of my apartment!

I feel very lucky to have engaged Tommasina as my agent. She was referred to me by two of my former Neighbours, who did extremely well with Tommasina selling their apartments in the same block as mine. Tommasina kept in contact every step of the way, from the first inspection through to the successful off market sale. I never had to worry or feel stressed that I was being left behind. By selling off market I saved thousands of dollars in marketing costs, which alleviated a lot of financial stress for me. She also sold my apartment three days after my contract of sale was prepared. How amazing! Tommasina’s negotiating skills are second to none! She negotiated the highest sale price in my street & one of the highest sale prices for a 1 bedroom apartment in Northcote this year.
