I had been signed up to Tommasina's real estate mailing list for a few years know and just knew when I was looking to sell my property, I wanted Luke and Tommasina to sell it. I did previously put my apartment on the market with a different agent, and could just see the vast difference in service, and it never sold via a different agent/ ended up renting it out.
