Tommie was always quick and timely in all his responses. Always polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable of the property and the local area, especially when we inspected the property, he was able to answer all our queries. We inspected the property twice, and each visit was of an extended duration (over an hour) he was very patient during this time with no pressure from him for us to move on.
