A big thank you Tony Brown for the sale of our home recently. For four years Tony kept in contact with us and provided excellent information with market movement and encouragement on how to present the home for sale. He provided weekly reports over the four year period and always provided us as to what was happening in the market. Tony has a great work ethic / market knowledge / experience with buyers and sellers. He takes an interest in the person and gets to know them. We had our place with Tony for around 6 months. That involved heatwave / tornado / flood warning and he still came every Saturday to do an open house under trying circumstances. He always remained optimistic and communicated well through phone and email. When a different strategy was required Tony was keen to explore all / other options. I was pleased with our outcome and that lies squarely on Tony’s shoulders for being persistent, engaged and very professional.
