We first met Tony when we purchased the property off the plan through Barry Plant 11 years ago. His local knowledge, friendly demeanour and professionalism, gave us confidence that he could help us get the result we were after, when we wanted to sell. And he didn’t let us down. From the start of the campaign, he kept us in the loop on how it was all going and we felt that it was always under control. On Auction day ably assisted by his colleague Luke, we were made to feel comfortable in the knowledge they had it under control. And then to get the result we achieved in these difficult times, confirmed for us that Tony is Mr Niddrie when it comes to real estate.
Overall our experience was good. Early on the level of communication was disappointing at times particularly after requests to be notified (either by phone or text message) after inspections, even if there were nil people coming through the property. It was an emotional time given selling our mothers late property. We got there in the end.
