There’s not much I can add when describing Tony, in a nutshell he would have to be the best agent I’ve dealt with. Yes my house was an easy house to sell because it has everything one would want, but Tony still had to get it over the line. His product knowledge is first rate and Communication skills are second to none. He’s always very professional. Tony got us asking price and the sale of our property went through with Ease. I first met Tony 3 years ago when I was looking for an agent to sell my house, but mistakenly went with someone else who failed to sell the property in the 3 months allocated before needing to put it on the rental market. I am not sure if the chosen agent had a true picture of the market for the area. By chance when my property recently became vacant by the tenants and I wanted to sell, a letter from Tony arrived “just keeping in touch”. We had a chat and Tony came up with a realistic selling price, he clearly knows the area and market well. He even gave the tenants names of people to help carry out some repairs before they moved out. Within 4 days of the house going online, an offer was in - more than the asking price too. From then on the process went very well. Tony kept me informed of each stage as it occurred and organised tradies to get work completed. Tony has a very easy going personality and is very outgoing which I feel can create a non serious impression, and I think was our mistake the first time trying to sell. Don’t be fooled by this. Tony knows what he is doing and the local market, and for me completed the job extremely well. I have no problem at all in recommending him to other sellers.
