I first met Tony 3 years ago when I was looking for an agent to sell my house, but mistakenly went with someone else who failed to sell the property in the 3 months allocated before needing to put it on the rental market. I am not sure if the chosen agent had a true picture of the market for the area. Tony has a very easy going personality and is very outgoing which I feel can create a non serious impression, and I think was our mistake the first time trying to sell. Don’t be fooled by this. Tony knows what he is doing and the local market, and for me completed the job extremely well. I have no problem at all in recommending him to other sellers.
