Tony's succinct approach to the sale was perfect, when buying property its what I want to see, what is it?, where is it? and how much is it?, no guessing, no wondering with best offer or set date sale. I initially had Tony do an appraisal some 4 months earlier, we had a good conversation around the property, the market and what should and should not be done etc, his advice was sound, when we put the property to the market the home opens were well attended and the property was under offer within the week and progressed to a successful settlement.
