We had decided to sell our investment property many years ago the only question was when. Tony and his team are on the ball throughout the whole process. I don't feel the need to keep following up and asking for status update. They also help project manage minor renovations we did on the property. Sally (a member of Tony's team) is super organised and helpful. A minor feedback would probably be on the closing process where in hindsight I'd probably benefit from more time in considering the offer (accept/counter).
