Tony & I had built a relationship through numerous phone calls prior to the first open home. On the day of the first open-home, Tony asked me to arrive in the last few minutes, because he wanted me to sit in the alfresco (without too many people around me) to truly understand the ambiance of the home. This was the moment that I realised I was sitting in my forever home. Tony demonstrated that he listens & caters to people's perfect lifestyles. This convinced our lender to book another valuation with another company - which was successful. He understood the stress I was under, as this was only 1 week before our solicitor, broker & lenders went on their Christmas break with settlement due early January.
