We want to thank Tony for making our move overseas much easier. He managed to organise everything so quickly and with such ease. We were able to happily move overseas knowing that Tony was doing all the hard work, selling our beloved family home for us. We trusted him to do the job for us and he did! He got us a better price than we envisioned for our property and we are very happy with our decision to choose Tony to sell our home.
Over the course of looking for a house, I would estimate that we dealt with about 50 realtors. Given the current climate, I think most had the attitude that houses were selling themselves, and they just had to show up. Tony is definitely something else. From our first meeting at an open home, Tony spent about an hour talking to us, giving us every bit of information about the house, about the current owners, and finding out about us. He very genuinely seemed to care about us, and never felt like it was for the purpose of a sale. If I were to tally up the hours spent talking to Tony on the phone, I think it would be at least 10, much of which had nothing to do with the house. All of the dealings regarding price negotiation we handled professionally, but also very honestly. Tony didn't make up any fake interested parties, hassle us for our "best and final offer", or leave us out of the loop with where negotiations were at, selling the house for the first offer they got without going back to interested parties (all of which other realtors did to us). This didn't mean we got the house for a steal, but just meant that we knew what was going on at all times, and had no reason to believe anything shady was ever occurring. After the sale, Tony organised to meet up with the current owners, get to know them a little bit, and go over any particulars of the house. I think both us, and the sellers have left the experience very happy. For a buyer to be able to trust a realtor is so incredibly rare, that Tony instills a lot of confidence in both parties getting a good result. I'd recommend Tony without any hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a house, because he gets invested in the people he is dealing with. Sure, he does it for the money, but the reason he puts in so much effort is because he gets invested in the people, and it's more important to him that both parties come out of the deal happy, than his paycheck. I think that's what truly makes him great.
