I purchased a unit in Biggera Waters from Tony. The property settled in December 2021. I note : - Tony negotiated in good faith. - Tony had quick and easy to understand communications. - Everything Tony said he would do he did. - A couple of minor items I requested were not in the contract as I only thought of them after the contract was drawn up. Tony actioned these requests based off our verbal agreement. - Tony organised access to the unit for the setting up the NBN prior to settlement. My experience with Tony was very positive. I look forward to working with Tony again when I rent the unit out in the future and ask him to manage the property.

Running an auction (albeit online) in these crazy times for the property market, was by far the best and most transparent way to handle a sale...for both buyers & the seller. Real estate agents who simply say the property is for sale & make your best offer are just too lazy to run a proper auction. They're doing no one a favour and this non-transparent approach to selling property is contributing to higher prices. I think the seller and the final buyer (me) would be happy with the way the whole process was handled.

This was an amazing way to have an online auction as all bidders could see the bids. Tony worked very hard explaining the process to bidders even up to the last minute. I Would recommend Tony sell your property.

Unlike my other experiences with real estate agents, when I first called Tony inquiring about this property, Tony called me back almost instantly. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed and assisted in all facets of the process with diligence and effectiveness e.g. the building and pest was completed the next day with his coordination with the tenants, he arranged for all the repairs to occur and kept me updated every step of the way.
