Another Successful Deal, Thank you Tony

Tony sold my Biggera Waters unit in February 2023. Tony achieved what I think is a complex record, at a time when the peak of the market had passed. The price and growth Tony predicted before the campaign proved accurate. I liked how Tony took the time to prepare and think about the campaign, rather than rushing in half-baked. I appreciated the thought and care Tony put into managing the relationship with the tenant. Tony communicated proactively and clearly throughout the process. Tony is very easy to deal with. I never had to chase him for anything and he was always on the front foot. The negotiations, contract and settlement all went smoothly.
