We were very happy with Tony's effort in selling our property. He was knowledgeable on the local market and professional in all his dealings with us. He talked us through the auction process and scheduled and attended open days and organized all the rest of the behind the scene activities associated with the auction. We never had cause to phone him regarding anything. He kept us in the loop on everything leading up to the auction. At this stage with the auction completed we await the settlement (90 days) but we imagine that Tony will be available if we have questions or concerns along the way.

Regret! Such a pity that we didn't meet The ONE/Tony earlier! From In October 2021, we planned to sell our house and engaged three real estate agencies before meeting Tony and his team at The ONE. We started with a very large brand company’s auction, but the agents did not seem interested to focus on our small property. We missed out on many opportunities. Then another agent found us and claimed that they have a good sales record and we signed an exclusive agency contract. However, their only intention was for us to pay more advertising fees. We didn’t agree, and the agent didn’t take anyone to see our property and never contacted us until the end of the contract period. The third agency was a newly established company with a low commission fee but was very inexperienced! They told us there were two buyers ready to sign the contract, but it never happened. When we were ready to give up selling our property and were planning to lease out the property, our neighbour introduced us to Tony from The ONE Real Estate. We have heard of his good reputation for selling properties in the Eastern suburbs area, so we met and authorised Tony and Dominic to auction our property on 2nd July 2022. The ONE Real Estate is not a large company, but as the Director, Tony Kwan kept in touch with us almost every day, on weekends and even took a buyer for the 2nd inspection of our property on a public holiday! In less than 20 days on the market, we signed the sales contract and the price was also very satisfactory.
