关于Tony关先生，我最想说的一个词是：遗憾！遗憾的是我们没有早点遇到他。我们的房子从2021年10月开始出售，先后委托了4家中介，开始是一家很大牌的中介拍卖，根本没有将主要精力放在我们的小房子上，错过了机会，后来另一家自说销售业绩更好的中介主动找上门来，以欺骗手段签了独家代理合同，目的是想多收广告费，我们不同意，该中介竟从此不带买家来看房，也不再与我们联系，直到合同期结束。第三家中介是家新成立的，卖房成本很低，但是毕竟经验不足，虽然有两个买家准备签合同了，最后还是没有成功，当我们准备放弃卖房改为出租时，邻居介绍了壹地产的Tony关先生，听说他很擅长销售我们附近的房产，我们像下赌注一样最后再委托他们试一试，壹地产公司不大，但作为主管的Tony关先生事事亲力亲为，几乎每天都与我们保持联系，而且在周末和公共假日还亲自陪伴买家看房，仅仅在签订委托销售合同不到20天的时间，就成功地与买家签订了房屋买卖合同，且价格也很满意。足见壹地产的Tony关先生，多米尼克张先生以及公司其他合作员工高超专业的销售技术和优秀的交流沟通能力。我真心地说：非常遗憾我们遇到他们太晚了，如果早一点找到他们，当时的房地产市场还没有受到政府涨息的影响，销售情况可能会更好一些。所以我想将壹地产推荐给所有的朋友，他们非常值得信赖！
