To Whom It May Concern 5th March 2017 Re Auction of 1/1 Cherryhinton St Box Hill on 4th March 2017 The Ymer family investigated about 5 different Estate agents when deciding who was going sell our mother’s house. One of the reasons apart from their professionalism, expertise, and knowledge of the area, were their obvious people skills that they imparted. While Steve did not have as much communication with the family as Tony he was also very professional when he did. His discussion with the family just prior to the auction where he detailed all the different scenarios about the day of the auction was extremely thorough and gave the family confidence in the outcome of the auction. Both Tony and Steve made it very clear to us that the family’s interest was of utmost importance to them. They were both confident that we would get a good outcome, but they also assured us that our house would not be sold if we were not happy with the price.
