To Whom It May Concern 5th March 2017 Re Auction of 1/1 Cherryhinton St Box Hill on 4th March 2017 The Ymer family investigated about 5 different Estate agents when deciding who was going sell our mother’s house. We decided on Noel Jones with Tony Kwan and Steve Dardamanis. One of the reasons apart from their professionalism, expertise, and knowledge of the area, were their obvious people skills that they imparted. Throughout the campaign Tony was extremely professional, very punctual in returning calls and emails and keeping the family up to date with the progress of the auction preparation. He was very patient and willing to listen to any member of the family asking questions or seeking advice on any aspect of the auction. Preparation of on- going reports with data and feedback was excellent and easy to read. Despite having a number of houses under his supervision we always felt that he was very conscientious in attention to the needs of the family. His ability to market the house in a number of different avenues as well as his ability to encourage interest in buyers was excellent. While Steve did not have as much communication with the family as Tony he was also very professional when he did. His discussion with the family just prior to the auction where he detailed all the different scenarios about the day of the auction was extremely thorough and gave the family confidence in the outcome of the auction. Both Tony and Steve made it very clear to us that the family’s interest was of utmost importance to them.
