I had a development project at Nunawading with 3 townhouses for sale and Tony had utilised his excellent sales skills to get them sold quickly and with very good prices. While it was approaching to the Auction and the interests were building up, Tony found a very strong buyer for me and was able to get a really strong offer few days before the Auction. It was strong enough to convince me to accept the offer just 2 days before the Auction. So, I can see that Tony has a large quality customer database which has made him a successful salesperson. 1 of the 3 townhouses was set to go for Auction since the development was just started. So, Tony paid a lot of efforts to market this property to his clients from the beginning. When we came to Auction, it attracted high interests with the property and hence, it has created good competition during Auction which the Auction went very well.
