I had a development project at Nunawading with 3 townhouses for sale and Tony had utilised his excellent sales skills to get them sold quickly and with very good prices. Tony had engaged the buyers and closed the deals for 2 of the 3 townhouses for me. One of the townhouses was sold before putting to the market. The buyer of it has known Tony for long and Tony had introduced my properties to this buyer quite a while before completion. Once the townhouse was ready, Tony took the buyer to the inspection immediately. A great sale price was achieved but it was also the little things such as assistance with a gas connection that was equally appreciated throughout the whole process.
