What makes Tony a rare exception to the real estate agent norm for my wife and I, is not just that he is friendly, helpful and honest with his opinion (which he is) , you will find most good real estate agents are. What makes him rare to us is that he did every thing he said he would do! One of the most annoying things when doing something as serious as selling a house is an agent B S ing you. And we have all experienced it.
