It was a pleasure dealing with Daina in relation to this purchase. She maintained contact throughout the negotiation and kept us well informed. We did have a small miscommunication towards the end of the negotiation however it did not effect the ultimate result. We also appreciate the effort to gain access to view the property outside of the open for inspection which led to the sale. It would have been nice for the agent to try and obtain some flexibility for us as purchasers to negotiate a shorter settlement but I understand that you work for the vendor.
