I wanted to sell my house off-market with as little fuss as possible. A previous agent had failed to sell it so I was a bit doubtful about Tony’s ability to sell it. I was wrong. Not only did he sell the house off-market but the price was several hundred thousand dollars more than the first agent thought possible. AND…. He sold it in less than a week. How was he able to do this? He knows the area, the market, who the buyers are and how to sell. He worked to achieve the best possible price for me. I couldn’t be happier and I don’t believe any other agent could have achieved this outcome.

Tony worked very hard to get a great result on the property. Great people skills. He managed to get the family together to discuss the selling process and was happy to meet with us after hours.
