Tony was a professional from the moment I first made contact with him. It didn't take long for me to recognise his property market knowledge, deep understanding on Belfield and surrounding areas and extensive experience in selling and marketing a property. He was clear in his communication, managed our expectations well and delivered a price on our property beyond our reserve and expectation. As I was assisting my parents who don't speak fluent English, Tony went above and beyond to speak in a manner that was easier for them to understand, and he never left a conversation without getting acknowledgement from my parents that they understood the conversation. His fee was attractive and was more than offset by the value he added in marketing and selling our property. Despite the difficulties from selling a house during COVID lockdowns, he remained 100% driven to using his skill set to produce the best outcomes for my parents. We are locals in the area and had been searching for a porperty to purchase for some time. As I'm sure has been the case with many people over the last 12-18 months, COVID disruptions has meant there hasn't been many properties coming on the market and when they do, they have been hotly contested. Tony was the agent on the property we eventually pruchased, and we found he was transparent, positive and so very helpful along the way. Not only does he know the market well, he was always willing to engage with us and he acted as a really positive conduit between us and the sellers (which is not always the case). In the end, we got the property for a price we were happy to pay, and which the vendors were happy to accept, and that was in no small part thanks to Tony. We are thrilled with our purchase, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommeding Tony if you are thinking about buying or selling a property in the area.

As a buyer, it has been refreshing to encounter Tony Licastro and Dean Sawdy. Tony and Dean know all there is to know about Belfield, Strathfield South, Enfield, Croydon Park, Belmore and their surrounds. Not only did they follow up on each home I enquired about, they took a real interest in what my partner and I were looking for and suggested properties that may suit.
