Tony was brilliant! Our house was open for inspection whilst we were travelling around Asia, and barely contactable. There was an issue with our occupation certificate - he went over and above all expectations and sorted the issues out for us whilst we were away - including organising and coordinating council, plumbers and certifying inspectors. Tony was selected from a number of different agencies that were each put through an 'interview' process, he demonstrated an extremely high level of knowledge of our area and the real estate industry. He was open and honest with what we could expect for the sale. He spent a lot of time with us and answered openly and fully all the questions we had with patience - even before we had selected him as our agent. His confidence, knowledge and professionalism were the main reasons that we chose to go with him from all the agents we interviewed. We were never disappointed - and we ended up with a great result! I would not hesitate in highly recommending him to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Wow! I was referred to Tony Licastro to sell my property, and I likewise recommend highly that Tony Licastro be the manager of your property sale too. Initially I was a nervous vendor but in the end I shouldn't have been. Tony was ethical and very professional. I chose the full advertising program (inclusive of solar board) to maximise the best possible exposure to the market, and I presented the property at its best (lawn maintenance etc) over the 4 week open for inspection marketing period. We were very happy with the way Tony managed the sale of our property. He gave good advice, acted professionally and secured a good price. Tony I have never recorded a testimonial in support of a service provider before, but given your recent outstanding service to us I am compelled to do so now. As you know we listed the home initially with another agent back in February 16. In hindsight I think the other agent misjudged the market and we were chasing a price that was never achievable. After 3 months of home opens and a failed auction we were fairly despondent. You had the integrity not to call on us whilst our other agency was still on foot. Once that ended we called you, sat down together signed a new agency agreement with Elders. We made our discomfort with the auction process known to you and you listened and brought forward our other options. Your recommendation was to market the house with a very wide price range so that we maximised the foot traffic through the house, still allowed the market to indicate the real worth of the house and generate some real competition. The strategy worked and we started getting 8-10 groups through the door instead of the previous 3-4 under the previous agent. Within 4 weeks you had generated two offers both competing for our property. The final result was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. I am left to wonder what would have happened if we had of appointed you in the first instance. I have no hesitation in recommending you Tony to anyone considering their next real estate agent.
