I first met Tony when I attended an open house inspection of a property he was selling in Nov 2012. He impressed me with his open, friendly professional manner & his keenness to assist. We did not end up purchasing the properties he was selling. He is amazing local agent who knows the area like the back of his hand, and had a great understanding of the local real estate market. Whether it was during the day or late evening or Sun, Tony was always very prompt in answering emails/calls/texts. When Tony was able to start his own real estate branch two years later, it was time to pass over my properties to his branch to manage. Recently I managed purchasing a property from Tony, and he assisted in negotiating with the vendor.
