I had never purchased a house before, he made negotiation lot easier than what I thought. His efficiency, communication skills and integrity was of the highest calibre. Tony has now sold two properties for me in the last few years. On both occasions he has set a street record for the sale. The first sale was under contract in about a week and the second took about 6 weeks. I have also recommended him to one of my neighbors where he had a difficult property to sell with the neighbor later telling me that he had done a really good job. In an industry that seems to have more than its fair share of less than perfect salesmen it is great to find one that knows his market, knows his area and is a delight to work with. After buying and selling many houses over the years and meeting all sorts of real estate sales people it is great to find somebody that has time to talk and knows his stuff. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
