Tony has kept my wife and I very informed throughout the purchase of our first home. He has been very quick to respond to enquiries and to alleviate our concerns as they popped up, which was a great comfort and really helped to reduce anxiety for us. Tony would gather information for us (at our request) in a very prompt, thorough manner. On a personal note, I would not describe myself as excitable and I typically do not respond positively to hype; I prefer to just have information presented as objectively as possible. Sometimes I felt like I had to tolerate significant hype, but this is possibly not a negative to some people. I would work with Tony again in the future, as his thoroughness and responsiveness are qualities I appreciate greatly. Additionally, his patience with us while our toddler and infant children interrupted us and soiled themselves during meetings was amazing. He never made those interruptions feel inconvenient.
