We found Tony O’Doherty and his team at Belle Bulimba , after some awful experiences with another high profile Agent in the area on our Hawthorne property. The difference was noticeable immediately as he and his team were extremely professional, timely and clearly very well informed on the Hawthorne, Bulimba , Balmoral and East Brisbane markets . He was straight forward from day one and was very credible which surprised my wife and I as we trusted him quickly. That trust was well placed as Tony, Denise and their team also did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it which was refreshing and quite rare these days. As we moved into the 4 week campaign Tony’s weekly feedback both via his formal report emailed to us on time each week, his quirky videos of the number of shoes at our open houses and his voice messages whispered from the walk in robe of our home describing his excitement at the number of people at them was infectious and we remained very comfortable throughout the process as we felt like we had a highly motivated committed partner and we were really well informed. Denise was also outstanding in taking care of those myriad of things that come up and they were never an issue, just dealt with and as always we knew what was going on. As the auction drew near Tony and Denise also kept us appraised of the number of registered bidders so we again felt confident that our Auction was on track. The net result was fantastic, with the property sold at auction well above what we were expecting. Ros and I were extremely impressed with Tony and his team and in a world where integrity, trust, enthusiasm, credibility and feedback seem to be lacking at times he and his team delivered them in spades. We would not hesitate to recommend Tony and his team as they were just brilliant and we couldn’t fault them.
