I had the same property on the market with this agent about 2 - 3 years ago and the property did not sell despite the best possible effort by the principal and his team. While the property was on the market for a long time, not once during that period has the agent tried to influence or put any pressure on me in relation to any of my decisions. Both, the principal and his team have shown great diligence and honesty in their work and when I decided to put property on the market for the 2nd time I had no reason to look elsewhere (despite numerous approaches from many agents). My experience with the team the 2nd time around was the same. I give this Bulimba team 10 out 10.
