Tony's strategy for selling our house was so successful, we sold our house before it was officially on the market at well above our initial price expectations. We saved a lot of time and money in marketing costs and open homes and if it weren't for Tony's excellent negotiation skills, I don't think we would have achieved the final sale price. Tony also went above and beyond liaising between us and the buyer during the settlement period, including on some issues that were really outside of what might normally be expected of an agent.
