I can not speak highly enough of Tony Rathbone at Raine and Horne Port Macquarie. Whilst I have used Tony previously with both buying and selling properties, this sale was a particularly delicate sale. I had a tenant in place and could not afford to risk upsetting him, so entrusted Tony to manage the sale of my property, whilst rented. I was extremely nervous, however, Tony made sure the tenant was never inconvenienced. After my very 1st open house, I had a call within 2hrs with an offer. I was completely blown away. That doesn’t happen very often in my experience, but thanks to Tony, we have a happy Vendor, happy buyer and a happy tenant! My dislike for Auction was confirmed, never again, a waste of time and money, but in the end it was my decision owing to current circumstances and type of property offered. No success at auction and property listed as normal and in the end thanks to Tony Rathbone for negotiating a successful sale at my stated price.
