Tony Rathbone

I can not speak highly enough of Tony Rathbone at Raine and Horne Port Macquarie. Whilst I have used Tony previously with both buying and selling properties, this sale was a particularly delicate sale. I had a tenant in place and could not afford to risk upsetting him, so entrusted Tony to manage the sale of my property, whilst rented. I was extremely nervous, however, Tony made sure the tenant was never inconvenienced. After my very 1st open house, I had a call within 2hrs with an offer. I was completely blown away. That doesn’t happen very often in my experience, but thanks to Tony, we have a happy Vendor, happy buyer and a happy tenant! As I said I would not hesitate to use Tony in the future for any future Property dealings. Thank you Tony, only you could do pull this off for everyone.
