Tony is nice agent. On the first I went to house inspection of the property he already offered to send me the section 32. Then when I called him for the section 32, he email me on the same afternoon. He also gave me some valuable advice on my auction.

From the start, Tony was accurate with the appraisal, which gave me confidence in what was achievable. During the campaign he was very professional and gave me instant feedback after each inspection, which helped settle the nerves leading into the Auction. The Auction was well organised and produced a fantastic result. I would highly recommend Tony.

Tony did an excellent job from the start of the process he advised on how to make small improvements to make the house more sellable. He then advised on which way to best sell the property and what advertising campaign to use. He constantly updated me on the process of the sale open house visits and potential buyers reactions. before the auction he discussed the auction plan and then successfully carried out the auction which lead to a sale I highly recommend Tony and his company .
