This is the first time we've sold a house and we didnt know much about the process. Tony did an excellent job from the start of the process he advised on how to make small improvements to make the house more sellable. He then advised on which way to best sell the property and what advertising campaign to use. He constantly updated me on the process of the sale open house visits and potential buyers reactions. before the auction he discussed the auction plan and then successfully carried out the auction which lead to a sale I highly recommend Tony and his company .
It has been a pleasure to deal with Tony. He is patient and very accommodating when I cannot physically come to the office to do the paper work. He is quick in responding my queries and he had done a great job to help me get a dream home.

Choosing Tony, was a bit like picking a Melbourne Cup winner..... I rang Tony, met with him half an hour later and he had all the information I needed ready. I asked questions on his local knowledge and what the sales strategy would be and what he and I needed to do to meet my timelines. I wasn't until a few weeks later that I called him again and he met with me on the spot. I asked him more questions because I now had everything ready to go. He arranged the photos and had it up on the internet within 2 days and I just went on holiday. By the next day, Tony had competing offers, and then in a quick flurry, it was sold at the price we wanted. We felt a bit like the Prince of Penzance (the winner) and Tony was the jockey. Joke aside,Tony was a great listener, clearly understood my needs and executed his sales strategy to perfection. He kept me well informed while I was away and met with me as soon as I returned from holidays. He is not pretentious, he is honest and worked hard and did what he said he would do at all times.
