I asked questions on his local knowledge and what the sales strategy would be and what he and I needed to do to meet my timelines. I wasn't until a few weeks later that I called him again and he met with me on the spot. I asked him more questions because I now had everything ready to go. He arranged the photos and had it up on the internet within 2 days and I just went on holiday. By the next day, Tony had competing offers, and then in a quick flurry, it was sold at the price we wanted. We felt a bit like the Prince of Penzance (the winner) and Tony was the jockey.
