We discussed the sale of our mothers house with Tony, going into what could be done to ensure a sale would be successful. Tony has a great knowledge of market conditions allowing us to set a price range. Tony had a list of potential purchasers ready to go as soon as the house was ready to go on the market, and even a couple house buyers in the period before it went market. Once we were ready with the minor upgrades and appropriate presentation for mum's 1950's house we went to market. We had a very good offer made from a private inspection a few days before the first open house. The house was sold in a few days. An excellent outcome from an agent who has the experience to deliver.
