Where to start - I could not be happier with the overall experience I received in my dealings with YPA Werribee. I truly believe Tony and the team were able to realise the absolute maximum for my property, far exceeding all expectations. Tony kept me briefed constantly during the campaign and despite the weather on Auction day being less than ideal, a huge crowd attended with at least 6 interested parties bidding on the property. If you are looking for an agent (and agency) that really does have an intimate understanding of the current market in Werribee, look no further. Still holding property in the area, I will not even bother looking elsewhere when it comes time to sell - Tony Vercher the team at YPA Werribee will have my business moving forward.

Tony saved us. We were with another local agency for 3 months. After all promises not being met, we decided to go with YPA and Tony along with his assistant, Asta.
