I was very pleased with the way Tony and his project manager organised everything seamlessly. There was the occasional tiny communication problem, probably because of the speed at which things went, but nothing major. In any case, the YPA staff routinely sent texts to confirm appointments and deadlines, so their backup system worked. Excellent!
