From the very first contact with Nadine and Tony Wilkie you are made to feel as if you are their only client. The care and compassion they showed across all aspects of selling my house in North Lakes was second to none. From the appraisal to the final negotiations they kept in constant contact. I always knew how many enquiries they had, what buyer feedback there was, and information on market conditions. As I live interstate it was paramount to have someone on the ground that I could rely on to make sure that the house was perfectly presented at open inspections - Nadine even used her own vacuum cleaner and vacuumed before each open!
