This was our fifth time selling a home and Team Wilkie provided the best experience yet. We were very happy with everything from our initial discussions onwards, including photography, house staging, marketing and following up of enquiries. Both Tony and Nadine are very hands on and are your point of contact through every step of the selling process. Bigger agencies seem to have a lot of delegation of tasks to other staff members which can result in confusion, especially when dealing with negotiations and contracts etc but this time we had two people acting for us who are always on the same page. We signed a contract within two weeks of the property going to market. Unfortunately this contract collapsed as the buyers were unable to obtain finance. Tony and Nadine had continued to proactively market the property over this period and we soon had a second contract in place.
