Tracey was always quick to answer my questions and openly communicated throughout the process, contacting the seller when any issues arose. At times she did appear to have a tighter schedule, needing inspections to be shorter or having less flexibility when urgent issues arose. Overall, Tracey was helpful and endeavored to make the buying process smooth and transparent, checking in and highlighting the steps which needed to be taken.
