Being interstate sellers, we felt a bit vulnerable. I will confess that the 'dog involvement' felt a bit gimmicky, but after a couple of conversations with Tracey, we were confident that SHE is the real deal. Tracey's depth of local knowledge and market experience was fundamental in developing our sales strategy, and boosting our confidence. She created a staged approach, that was effective, to the extent that, because we sold quickly, she saved us a lot of advertising and staging furniture costs. If we had required staging furniture, she had a strategy which was about half the cost of other agent's proposals. Her advice was always sound and pragmatic, and she kept us informed clearly and regularly. Her approach seemed very much driven by our interests as sellers, as opposed to "standard bundles" of advertising and staging, that some other agents were offering, which I'm suspicious are extra ways to create fat around the commission. The required third parties she recommended for us, did their jobs well. Overall she made the whole selling experience smooth and as stress free as she was possibly able to. We would unreservedly recommend engaging her services.
