Great work Tracey!

After a recent bad experience with the real estate agents selling my late father's home, I was a bit nervous going into the process of looking to buy, because I was expecting to have to deal with people I'd rather not be in the same room as for more than 5 minutes! Tracey is the complete opposite of that - even though she was working for the seller, she went out of her way to help us out, communicate all the steps, and make us feel comfortable in buying our first home. Tracey tells it like it is when she needs to, but we never felt hassled or pressured or lied to. One thing that impressed me the most, was Tracey always promptly returns calls, emails and text messages which seems to be so rare these days. Coming from a customer service background myself I was very impressed. I just wish we'd met Tracey before we put my dad's house on the market, would've saved a lot of dramas for us! I'd recommend Tracey to anyone looking to buy or sell. 5 stars!
