It definitely wasn't cleaned at all.... cat and dog hair on skirtings, dirt and muck on tiles, dirt in ALL window and door tracks and dust throughout. Didn't realise how bad it was until we had moved all stuff in and had a closer look, also on the day of the move we were far too busy trying to move everything in on one day to be checking.
