Tracey's manner was cheerful and positive at all times. She was prompt to answer any queries and provided helpful information speedily on request. Her research and market knowledge was excellent. Throughout the whole process, she maintained regular contact and always at least a weekly update/summary. Tracey was upfront regarding all charges and commission. She had little leeway in negotiation as the buyer was adamant on his conditions. However, throughout the contract, Tracey maintained open and prompt communication both ways. I would highly recommend her (and indeed I already have) to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home or property.

It was very helpful that it was a non conditional contract that was offered, though I had grave reservations that the original terms and conditions could leave us legally exposed to unacceptable risks - not by what the contract said, but rather that it did not give protection from possible unexpected circumstances.
