Tracey was having an Open House the first time I looked at our new place. We hadn't even decided if we were going to move or not. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. After we were fairly sure we sold our house, Tracey set up an appointment with us to show us the house privately. Again, the same pleasant person. She gave us some space to look around but was around when we needed her. We put in an offer that day, conditional on our sale going through. Since we purchased she has been supportive, arranging for me to again visit the house to do some measurements. She organised with the owners the opportunity to rent before settlement (as the house was unoccupied at the time) and has always been available for my questions. I especially liked the fact that she was not a high pressure salesperson. She wasn't pushy or in our face, letting us see things for ourselves but being there for all questions. Debbie
