Tracey was very good to deal with during the sale period. She kept me up to date but also worked in the background liaising with the conveyancers and Ingenia. Tracey was always punctual, polite and professional. I did not find the experience with Darlene as positive and was very sorry that the sale did not go to Tracey. Darlene's manner I felt was abrupt, I agreed to an inspection on barely an hour's notice. When the buyer arrived in Conjola the way in which Darlene asked me to "go for a walk for about 15 minutes with the dogs" was not appreciated. There are better ways to ask a seller to do this.
