Tracy has provided fantastic service to us from our initial enquiry about properties in this area , regular communications about new opportunities, and right up to purchase and settlement. She has provided excellent communications throughout, particularly during settlement period and has provided additional support while we were still in Mackay
Tracey came to give us a valuation on our property and within the hour she advised that she might have someone on her books that would be interested in the property and asked us sign up with her. She bought the buyers around the next day and by that afternoon an offer was made and accepted. The only negative thing in the process was that there was no room for negotiating the rate of commission. Would, have been happy to pay full commission if the company had to do advertising and open homes, etc but the property was sold before it was actually on the market therefore we felt that the commission could have been negotiated down a little. However they were not flexible.
Tracy has a thorough knowledge of the market. Her knowledge and professionalism shine though in all aspects of real estate. She communicates well, keeping you informed of everything you need to know in your real estate experience. I would happily use her again as my agent, and happily recommend her to friends that are looking for property. She found our perfect house!
Dropped in without notice asking to view a property Tracy took the time and asked the right questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. Tracy also suggested we might like to view a second property. Long storey short, within the hour we had negotiated and had a signed contract on our dream home.
