We were looking for a property in the Glass house mountains area and had our eye on a home for a few months until we were able to travel from interstate to view. Tracy kept us informed on the inspections that's was carried out and if there was any offers made and to our advantage it was still available when we visited. Being interstate was frightening but when we made an offer Tracy explained the Queensland process to us and it has flowed quite easy for us. I would highly recommend the agent for selling or in our case your first stop for purchasing.
