About Tracy

Tracy, founder and Licensee of Northern Beaches Realty, started her real estate career in Hamilton, New Zealand with Harcourts in 2004 and on moving to Perth in 2011 qualified to be able to sell real estate in Western Australia and in addition obtained her Triennial Certificate for potential future leaders. In January 2012 Tracy started selling real estate in Perth with Ray White Sun City and then moved over to join the team at Harcourts Beachside in 2015 where she was the consistent leading agent until January 2019 when she made the decision to become independent and start her own agency, ‘Tracy Ewins Northern Beaches Realty’ Married to Michael, they have a blended family of children and grandchildren in both New Zealand and Australia with Tracy’s daughter Pam having moved to Perth to join her in the business 3 years ago and now Tracy’s eldest granddaughter, Tahlia, Pam’s daughter, who has been working in property management in Perth for the past 18 months has now also joined the family business. While it’s difficult to find down time in the real estate industry Tracy and her husband Michael despite both having very busy careers try to balance work with time remodelling their home, enjoying their garden and the occasional day at the beach if they have any spare time! We love what we do because nothing gives me more satisfaction than having happy clients, both sellers and buyers. We believe that if you don’t really care about people, their situation, where they need to be and to have their best interests at heart, then you shouldn’t be selling real estate.

Perfect agent, great job

Tracy sold my dream home at auction under very difficult personal circumstances (divorce). She was extremely professional and supportive during the process. I relied on her expertise and I'm more than happy with the excellent result. Tracy goes over and above what's expected. She was by far the best person/agent for this job.

Tracy was a pleasure to deal with, she was very accomodating and very comfortable to be dealing with. Tracy is someone we will defiantly recommend to others and will deal with again, hopefully in the distant future for a purchase of a house and selling of our home.

From Mr & Mrs Colman ex- Cassilda Way

I first met Tracy when our neighbours had her as their agent - our neighbours 'hid' at our house during home opens and Tracy would come over and give them a run down on the opening and due to their experience we chose her to be not only our selling agent but our buying agent. She is the only agent in our area uses a flag outside the open home which makes her/the open home more visible. She chose a photographer who did an amazing job of showing our house not strange angles making it look something it wasn't. Every step of the way she responded to our what I think now must have been stupid questions as we were selling for the first time after 23 years in the same house. She had flyers on the bench with our house information every home open - something I hadn't seen in other home opens. She handled our negotiations (there were a few) with fairness and honesty about the market. She phoned/emailed us weekly with the stats and just generally treated us well not only before the sale but after to check if we had settled in and were happy with everything. We would highly recommend her as she is professional and takes everything to the next level.

My Property Sale

Tracy Uwin informed me that she strongly felt she would be able to sell my property quickly and valued it at $559,000. A little time was wasted until the price was dropped to $499,000. Tracy did not give much feedback from viewings other than a viewer who had seen many properties felt my house was overpriced hence the price drop. I would have thought an estate agent would have their finger on the pulse? After some months buyers put in an offer. My home that Tracy originally estimated to be worth $559,000 sold for $470,000 - quite a drop hey? I was given a cheap bottle of plonk at settlement adding insult to injury.

Although this was a far from simple sale Tracy handled the situation like a true professional and kept us informed along the way. Tracy was always approachable and friendly and we would thoroughly recommend her for either buying or selling real estate.
